Analisis Penilaian Postur Kerja dengan Metode REBA pada Aktivitas Manual Handling di Industri Pembuatan Sabun

Industri sabun dalam skala besar telah mengadopsi sistem otomatisasi yang signifikan, namun masih terdapat kegiatan penanganan manual di beberapa lokasi seperti proses penuangan bahan baku dan penyusunan produk jadi di palet secara manual di akhir jalur produksi. Posisi kerja yang tidak nyaman dalam aktivitas tersebut dapat menjadi salah satu pemicu terjadinya Gangguan Muskuloskeletal Terkait Pekerjaan (WMSDs) yang berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat risiko postur kerja pada dua aktivitas manual handling kritis di sebuah pabrik sabun menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Studi observasional cross-sectional dilakukan di dua stasiun kerja yaitu intake material soap dan manual palletizing finish product pada lini produksi sabun pada perusahaan PT. XYZ. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas manual palletizing (menyusun kardus sabun ke palet) memiliki skor REBA tertinggi yaitu 15 (skor maksimal) dengan kategori Risiko sangat tinggi. Aktivitas intake material soap memperoleh skor REBA 14 (risiko sangat tinggi).
